How to Reset Apple Watch to Factory Defaults

Reset your Apple Watch to its factory defaults to remove the Activation Lock. Before you begin, make sure your iPhone and Apple Watch are within close proximity to each other. Factory reset Apple Watch

To complete the reset, tap on the Apple Watch app and tap on ‘Erase All Content and Settings’ twice. After the process is complete, the Apple Watch will be in its factory settings. To use the new settings, you must pair your Apple Watch with your iPhone.

Make sure your iPhone and Apple Watch are connected to each other so that the Apple Watch can charge. Lastly, connect your Apple Watch to a power charger.
